2) La Perla, 1 bedroom exclusive villa with pool, beachfront in St. Martin, $10,000 per week plus 8% St. Martin tax and service, available for 1 week over the holidays from December 27, 2008!

3) Luxury Lake Como XIII August 16, 2008-January 10, 2010: $60 million villa with 8 bedrooms, pool, gym, Wi-Fi, 48” Flat Screen TVs in every bedroom and fabulous staff. Great for family vacations, family reunions, birthdays, anniversaries and weddings. 115,000 euros per week including tax. Same price year round, minimum stay of 7 nights can begin on any day of the week! Rental comes with a boat and boatman for 5-minute transfer from the villa to your car. Total privacy! Great view of the Italian and Swiss Alps.

4) St. Bart’s 95 open for Christmas and New year’s, 2 week minimum, $60,000 per week plus 10% service and 5% St. Bart’s tax, 9 bedrooms!

5) Baciata dal Sole in St. Martin, 2 week minimum, 4 bedrooms, $24,000 per week plus 8% St. Martin tax.

6) Nygard Cay in Lyford Cay, Bahamas: Can be rented as a 10 bedroom for $42,000 per day. One night minimum. An 82ft Italian Yacht with 2 staterooms comes (with 1 week rentals) for use on 2 days. (The 2 staterooms are available for 4 additional people at an additional price. The owner’s suite can also be rented to accommodate up to 26 persons at the Cay. There is also a 14 bedroom villa, Lyford Cay XIII, available 2 blocks from Nygard Cay, with golf carts, for larger groups of up to 54 people in both villas. There are multiple villas in Lyford Cay available for rent and hotels at Cable Beach or Paradise Island for even larger groups.)

The rental at Nygard Cay (see below) comes with a staff of 20, 2 Hummers with drivers, roundtrip limo transfers from Millionaire terminal or commercial flights at the Nassau Airport, all food and house liquors. For weekly rentals, comes with 3 days use of a 48ft fishing boat! 2 pools, 5 Jacuzzis, performance of a Junkanoo Band on Nygard Cay for 1 night, $450,000 movie theatre and private disco for 60 people with bar, 2 Waverunners for 4 hours every day. Riding horses on the beach, massages 4 hours every day, and much more!

9) Freeport Villa 2 in Freeport, Bahamas. Rented as a 5, 6 or 7 bedroom villa. Comes with a pool and private dock and is not open Christmas or New Year’s of 2008, but is available the rest of the year, from August 12, 2008, to January 2010, except for this Christmas and New Year’s, as a 5 bedroom at $1750, as a 6 bedroom at $1900 per night and as a 7 bedroom, at $2100 per night. Butler and Chef included.

10) Villa Luxury Freeport 1A: 7 bedroom private villa with Jacuzzi, pool and full staff. Brand new. Available from September 1, 2008, including this Christmas/New Year’s!

11) Casa De Campo Tennis Villa, 6 bedroom in Dominican Republic. Comes with cook and maid, swimming pool and Jacuzzi, flat screen TVs, available for Christmas! $17,500 per week or $2500 per day. One week minimum.

12) Villa Violet is $700 per night for 4 bedrooms in low season. With pool and Jacuzzi in the Dominican Republic. $1200 per night in high season.
